Description: I want to give a fair and honest assessment of Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson. While many are quick to celebrate Joe Biden's nomination of a black woman to the Supreme Court as a major win for black people, there are others who feel that the nomination of Judge Jackson was another ugly dose of symbolism. When I polled a few thousand Intelligent Black People, the majority of them said that they were indifferent about whether or not Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson was the nominee, while there are others who feel that her selection is a major win for the black community.
