A fourth former California correctional officer who pleaded guilty to six counts of sexually abusing women inmates and one count of making false statements to the U.S. Department of Justice was sentenced to 8 years in prison.
Andrew Jones confessed to sexually abusing prisoners between July 2020 and June 2021 in multiple places in the Federal Correctional Institution in Dublin.
Jones is one of eight FCI Dublin employees who have been charged with federal crimes involving sexual misconduct in the past three years.
